Samancor Chrome recognises and transforms high potential learners into top performers through our Bursary Scheme and Graduate Development Programme. People are our greatest asset and we are committed to developing talent.

Our Bursary Scheme grants bursaries to talented tertiary learners at South African universities and technikons annually.  Once bursars have completed their studies; they are obliged to work for Samancor Chrome for a period of twelve months for each year that the bursary was awarded.
